Ordering is not open yet. Here’s what we’ll confirm before you buy.

Delivery, for your actual bike.

Stock, dispatch time, delivery cost and destination coverage will be shown for the model and colour you select. We’ll distinguish a stocked bike from a preorder and give you the agreed delivery window before payment.

Useful updates.

Once ordering opens, your order will show its actual progress. A tracking number being created will be distinguished from the carrier receiving the bike.

Returns and warranty.

The cancellation process, return arrangements and model-specific warranty terms will be provided before checkout is enabled. They will reflect the actual supplier and delivery arrangements and your statutory rights.
