Changed your mind?
For an online purchase, you can cancel before delivery or tell us within 14 days after receiving your bike. You then have a further 14 days to return it after telling us. Email hello@eve-bikes.co.uk with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not have to give a reason.
Arranging a return.
Contact us for the correct return address and safe shipping arrangements before sending a bike back. Do not send a return to a registered office or assume the parcel’s dispatch address is the returns location. Bikes and lithium batteries need suitable packaging and an appropriate carrier. Keep the original packaging where possible; missing original packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights.
For change-of-mind returns, any return shipping cost you must pay, including an estimate for goods that cannot normally be returned by post, must be disclosed before purchase. We will not impose an undisclosed return charge. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Inspecting the bike.
You may handle the bike as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond this. There is no automatic restocking fee.
Refunds.
For a valid cancellation, we refund the item and the cost of our standard outbound delivery, if charged, using the original payment method. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Your statutory rights apply independently of any manufacturer warranty. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods; repair, replacement and further remedies may apply after that. Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Stop using a bike or battery that may be unsafe.

Using this wording is optional. A clear email requesting cancellation is enough. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
