Can I order a bike now?
The shop is currently a collection preview. You can explore bikes, compare them and save a bag, but payments are not enabled. Prices, specifications, delivery and warranty arrangements are being confirmed before ordering opens.
I’m new to e-bikes. Where should I start?
Think about your usual journey, your height, how much weight you can comfortably lift and where you’ll store the bike. An electric bike is still a bike: fit and confidence matter as much as the motor. Our first-bike guide explains the main choices.
Will this bike fit me?
Check the manufacturer’s height guidance and frame measurements for the exact model. Saddle adjustment alone does not guarantee a comfortable fit. Tell us your height and how you plan to ride, and ask about the model’s riding position and frame access.
How far can an e-bike go on one charge?
Published range is an estimate, not a guaranteed distance. Rider weight, hills, temperature, tyre pressure and assistance level all affect it. Leave a comfortable margin for your journey and check the battery details for your selected model.
Can I remove the battery to charge it?
This depends on the model. Some batteries can be removed; others are built into the frame. Check the exact bike and battery weight, especially if you need to carry it upstairs. Follow the manufacturer’s charging instructions and use the specified charger.
Are all bikes in the collection suitable for UK public roads?
Do not assume every catalogue model or configuration is suitable. We’ll confirm the exact UK specification and classification before opening orders for a model. Ask us about the intended use of the bike you’re considering.
How do delivery, returns and warranty work?
These arrangements will be provided for the exact model before checkout is enabled. Stock location, dispatch time, delivery cost, return arrangements and warranty cover can vary. The delivery and warranty pages explain what to check.
Can I compare bikes or save one for later?
Yes. Use the comparison control on a bike card to select up to three bikes, then open Compare bikes. You can also add a bike to your bag. Your bag is saved on this browser; it does not reserve stock or place an order.
