Promoter and eligibility.

EVE BIKES LIMITED, company 17060833. Contact hello@eve-bikes.co.uk. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding the promoter’s employees, their immediate families and anyone directly involved in running the draw. No purchase is necessary.

Prize and timing.

One winner receives the exact bike to be announced before entry opens, with standard UK delivery included. There is no cash alternative. Entries close at 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time. The draw takes place on 1 December 2026. There is no active entry period until the promoter opens the draw with the complete prize details.

How to enter.

Complete the on-site entry form with your name and email, confirm eligibility and agree to these terms. Contact number is optional, for winner contact only. One entry per person; repeated submissions or multiple emails do not provide extra entries. Marketing consent is optional and does not improve your chance of winning. The winner does not need to create a shop account.

Choosing and contacting the winner.

A winner is selected randomly from valid entries using a verifiable computer process. The promoter contacts the winner by email within seven days of the draw. The winner has 14 days from contact to respond and confirm eligibility and a UK delivery address; if there is no response, a replacement may be drawn. Delivery will be arranged within 30 days after eligibility is confirmed. No payment is required to claim the prize.

Your information.

Entry details are used to administer the draw and contact the winner, normally retained for 12 months afterwards. Optional marketing requires separate email confirmation and can be withdrawn. The promoter will make limited winner information available where required to show a valid award, giving the winner an opportunity to object to public disclosure while retaining information required by regulators.

Fair administration.

We do not extend the closing date or change the prize except where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary and the applicable promotion rules permit it without unfairly disadvantaging entrants. We may exclude entries supported by evidence of ineligibility or manipulation. These terms do not restrict statutory rights.
