Privacy information for the Eve Bikes collection preview. Updated 4 October 2026.

The information we use.

Your bag and comparison choices are stored on your device so they survive a page reload. They are not payment details. If you contact us, your name, email and message are used to answer your enquiry. When enabled, the contact form is delivered through Resend.

Your Eve account.

When accounts are enabled, Supabase manages your email, password and secure sign-in session. We keep your name and email to manage your account and provide customer support. Authorised shop staff can view registered customer details. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; account and email-confirmation pages are excluded from shop analytics. You can update your name in Your account and request account deletion at hello@eve-bikes.co.uk. Account data is kept while your account is active and until a deletion request is processed; future order records will have separately defined retention before checkout opens.

Optional shop analytics.

Analytics only starts if you allow it. It records a pseudonymous browser-session identifier, page paths, bike views, additions to bag and presence while the page is visible. It does not include your email, address or card details. When configured, these events are stored in Supabase for the owner’s dashboard. We do not currently install advertising pixels.

Change your mind.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your analytics choice. Rejecting analytics does not stop you from browsing or saving a bag. Your preferences stay on this device; a different device may ask again.

Retention and your rights.

The intended raw analytics retention is 90 days; the database setup includes a cleanup function that must be scheduled before collection is enabled. Enquiries are kept only as needed to respond and handle related service matters. You can ask about access, correction or deletion at hello@eve-bikes.co.uk and raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner.

Before checkout opens.

We will expand this notice with the verified seller identity, payment, fulfilment, retention and processor information before taking orders. This preview does not collect payments or shipping addresses.
