Terms for shopping with Eve Bikes and using your Eve account.

Who you buy from.

Orders and payment.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your final item prices, eligible discount and delivery cost are shown before payment. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock. A payment confirmation records that your payment was received; dispatch is a separate step. We confirm order acceptance by email after checking availability and delivery eligibility. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any payment taken for it.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe and eligible payment-method providers. Klarna and other payment options are subject to the provider’s availability, terms and approval. We do not store full card details. Nothing in these terms lets us change your paid price or substitute a bike without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation.

Standard UK delivery is free, estimated in 4–10 working days from confirmed payment. Read our delivery policy and returns policy. They explain delays, cancellation, refunds and faulty goods. An applicable consumer right takes priority over a conflicting clause here.

Offers.

The offer terms explain the 5% first-order and 3% multi-buy savings. We apply the better eligible offer, without stacking. A new account does not reset previous order history. We may investigate genuine suspected misuse, but do not treat a matching name or a shared household address alone as proof of misuse.

Your account is optional.

Guest checkout is available wherever purchasing is enabled. Creating an account lets you manage your details and view orders made while signed in. Use accurate details and keep your password private. Your account terms agreement is recorded when you register. Accounts do not automatically subscribe you to advertising emails. You can request deletion by emailing us; transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

Choosing and using your bike.

Check the exact model specification, fit and intended use before buying. Range depends on conditions and riding style. Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, battery and servicing instructions. A model’s presence in the collection does not itself certify that every configuration is suitable for UK public roads.

Problems and complaints.

Email hello@eve-bikes.co.uk with your order reference and what happened. We will investigate and explain the next steps. We do not exclude liability where the law prohibits it or limit your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or court rights applicable where you live in the UK.
