Available on the bike subtotal of your first paid Eve Bikes order. Sign in to a confirmed account, or verify your email in the bag without creating an account. We check previous paid orders, including refunded orders. Making another account does not create another first order.

One active checkout can temporarily reserve the first-order saving for that email. Finish or allow that checkout to expire before trying another. A shared name or address alone does not exclude you. If your eligibility looks wrong, contact us before paying.

Two or more bikes: 3% off.

Add at least two bikes in one order. They can be the same model or different models. The saving applies to the bike subtotal. Removing an item below two bikes removes multi-buy eligibility.

The best offer, automatically.

An eligible first order with two bikes receives 5%, rather than 5% plus 3%. Discounts are rounded down to whole pence and do not apply to delivery. There is no promotional code to remember. The final saving appears in your bag and secure checkout.

Offers apply only while the relevant promotion is available and cannot be exchanged for cash. Changes affect future checkouts, not an order already paid. For a return, the refund reflects the price actually paid for the returned item. We do not remove your statutory rights.
